Lyndel Childcare Centre has provided accredited childcare services since 1973, with the majority of our educators being long standing members of the Lyndel family. In our decades of experience, we have honed our educational programs to deliver top-notch, holistic learning for the children enrolled in our centre.

Our highly skilled chefs at Lyndel take pride in crafting nutritious meals on-site daily. Seasonal menus are thoughtfully created to cater to developmental stages, allergies, and dietary requirements, ensuring delivery of excellent nutrition.

We acknowledge the Boonwurrung/ Bunurong people as the custodians of the land on which our service resides. We pay respect to Elders past, present and future and value the history, culture and knowledge they share.

At Lyndel, we believe that each child’s health and wellbeing is fostered through education on healthy eating, safe play practices, sustainable practices, effective hygiene procedures and physical activity, these are promoted positively by educators to ensure all children are engaged and feel included.

Meet our
Centre Director

Hi, I’m Narelle! I am a mum to two adult children, two adopted twins, as well as a Nana to two gorgeous boys. I started working in Early Childhood Education in 1990 and have been at Lyndel Childcare Centre since 1999. I have my Diploma in Early Childhood Education and also completed training at Queen Elizabeth Centre and Frankston Midwifery to qualify as an Early Parenting Practitioner.

I have been the Centre Director at Lyndel since January 2018 and find it so rewarding providing children and their families with the highest quality of care. I feel extremely privileged to be a part of the Lyndel family, and am a strong advocate for inclusion and supporting each child to experience a loving and nurturing environment where children are free to explore, learn and grow.
